Warehousing

Our warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution capabilities extend beyond print materials to encompass a diverse range of products. This includes hardware such as nuts and bolts, household supplies, makeup, and electronics, and more, provided they are appropriately sized. Our Florida fulfillment center spans approximately 12,000 square feet, while our New Jersey facility covers 13,000 square feet. We are currently in the process of building a new fulfillment center directly next to our printing and manufacturing facility in New Jersey. This new location will offer 24,000 square feet of fulfillment and warehousing space. Expected completion date is Spring of 2025.

Kitting

At our facilities, we employ a meticulous kitting process to enhance our shipping capabilities. Kitting involves the assembly of individual products into pre-packaged sets tailored to specific orders or campaigns. This strategic bundling not only optimizes shipping costs but also streamlines the fulfillment process by reducing the time and resources required for picking and packing individual items. By consolidating items into cohesive kits, we ensure efficient handling and expedited delivery, ultimately benefiting our clients with enhanced cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Shipping

Situated in close proximity to UPS and FedEx centers, our New Jersey and Florida locations offer expedited delivery for priority orders, such as Next Day Air and Next Day Air Early, even after the carrier's scheduled pickup, if required. Our comprehensive services also extend to kitting, a process that strategically packages items together to optimize shipping costs and streamline logistics. This approach ensures efficient handling and cost-effective shipping solutions for our clients across a diverse range of products.

Response Time

The printing process typically requires a minimum of 7-10 business days, potentially extending slightly longer. However, should the product be held in fulfillment, orders can be processed and shipped on the same day of receipt.

Data Management

We utilize Veracore software in both our New Jersey and Florida facilities to create detailed databases for clients with fixed locations. These databases track key attributes like location, infrastructure, and workforce demographics. Using this database during campaign processing ensures precise product allocation to each location, meeting both quantitative and qualitative needs. Our system can track any measurable metric, allowing us to adapt to changing client requirements effectively.
